Do I have to use AI to build agents?
No. Falcon Builder supports AI generation, templates, and manual workflows. The AI Agent Generator and AI Workflow Generator are optional.
What are AI Generator credits?
AI Generator credits are included with your plan and are used when you auto-generate agents or workflows using the AI Agent Generator or AI Workflow Generator. Credits reset monthly.
What is AI Wingman?
AI Wingman is an intelligent assistant embedded in the workflow editor. It understands your current workflow context and can add nodes, modify configurations, debug issues, and explain logic through natural conversation. Every plan includes free Wingman tokens monthly.
How is AI Wingman different from the AI Generator?
The AI Agent Generator creates new agents with workflows, and the AI Workflow Generator adds workflows to existing agents — both from a natural language description. AI Wingman works inside an existing workflow, understanding the current nodes, edges, and configs, and makes targeted changes through conversation. Use the Generators to create, Wingman to iterate.
What are AI Wingman tokens?
Wingman tokens are consumed each time you interact with the AI Wingman assistant. Free plans include 50K tokens/month, Pro includes 250K, Business includes 1M, and Enterprise is unlimited. You can also buy credit packs or connect your own LLM API for unlimited usage at zero platform cost.
How do I get unlimited AI generation?
Connect your own LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Ollama). When using your own provider, AI generation can be unlimited and tokens are billed directly to your account.
Do you resell or mark up tokens?
No. Falcon Builder does not mark up or resell token usage. BYO LLM keeps model costs under your control.
How are executions counted?
Each time a workflow runs counts as one execution. Plans include a monthly execution allowance.
Which integrations are included?
Free includes Email and SMTP. Pro and above include all standard integrations (Email, SMTP, Twilio, Retell, databases, HTTP). Enterprise adds MCP server support and custom connectors.
Is Falcon Builder enterprise-ready?
Yes. Encrypted credentials are included for all plans. RBAC is included in Pro+. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, audit logs, and SLAs.
Can I start with templates and customize?
Absolutely. Templates are fully editable and don't consume AI Generator credits.
